Director of Operations – Culligan Ireland
I started my career in 2006 with Tipperary Water as a forklift driver, supporting warehouse operations and deliveries. Within months, I stepped up into a Depot Operations Manager role, taking on responsibility across multiple parts of the business.
From there, my career progressed quickly as I took the opportunity to lead a major bonded warehouse project, setting up and running a new site in Ballyfermot, and expanding into service, procurement and logistics leadership roles. Following Culligans acquisition of Waterlogic, I moved into Service Operations leadership, eventually progressing to the role I hold today as Director of Operations for both our Commercial and Domestic businesses.
My journey has been shaped by a willingness to take on new challenges, learn across different areas, and continuously improve how things are done. I’ve developed strong leadership, operational and commercial skills along the way, with support from managers and access to development opportunities when I sought them out. What drives me now is leading others—developing the next generation of managers and continuing to build a high-performing operation. Culligan has given me the platform to grow, take ownership, and make a real impact as the business continues to evolve.
Service Operations Manager
I joined Culligan in 2015 in a consumable telesales role and have since progressed through several positions across the service function, each building my experience and responsibilities. From operations admin to team lead to team lead co ordinator supporting a team of over 40 engineers, my role has continued to grow.
This year, I was appointed Service Operations Manager, with overall responsibility for the service side of the business. My progression has been driven by strong support from leadership, opportunities to step up, and ongoing development. Culligan has given me the space to grow my confidence, strengthen my leadership skills, and continue developing my career in a meaningful way.
Technical Training & Quality Manager
I joined Culligan over 25 years ago as a Service Technician, quickly developing a strong interest in breakdown work and building my technical knowledge through hands on experience across a wide range of equipment. Early on, I took the initiative to learn by stripping down and rebuilding units, while also supporting and training new technicians on the job.
Today, as a TTQM, I focus on passing that experience on – supporting technicians, training new starters, and delivering in house courses. My role has evolved from hands on technical work to developing others, with growing support in recent years helping me expand into the wider operational side of the business.
Operations Coordinator
I joined Culligan in July 2024 as a Customer Service Agent and quickly progressed to Team Lead. Following maternity leave, I returned in 2026 as an Operations Coordinator, now managing a team of 13 field-based technicians across the country.
With strong support from my managers, I’ve grown in confidence and taken on greater responsibility, building my understanding of both customer service and operations. Culligan has given me opportunities to develop and progress, and I’m keen to continue building my career as new opportunities arise.
Technical Training & Quality Manager
I joined Culligan following the acquisition of Glenpatrick, where I had worked for five years, bringing my experience into the wider business. Over the past three years, I’ve progressed into the role of Technical Training & Quality Manager (TTQM), where I support field technicians with troubleshooting and technical guidance, as well as delivering in house manual handling training as a certified instructor.
I take real pride in my work and in supporting others to succeed, adapting my approach to different people and situations. The role continues to evolve, and I’m actively building connections with TTQMs across the wider Culligan network to share knowledge and bring new perspectives. Culligan has given me the opportunity to grow, develop, and make a meaningful impact in the business.
